This system permits market deployers to initiate growth mode on a per-asset basis without requiring central approval, thereby easing accessibility for both traders and developers. New markets must be entirely distinct assets and cannot overlap with currently running validator-perpetuals, ensuring that they don't create “parasitic” volume. Once growth mode is activated, it remains in effect for a period of 30 days to uphold stability and avoid rapid changes in fees.
