On Wednesday, Fireblocks announced that stablecoin transactions now surpass hundreds of billions of dollars each month. Many corporations are now managing their entire treasury operations directly on blockchain networks. This transformation has generated strong demand for advanced accounting and auditing infrastructures.

"Both cryptocurrency-native businesses and traditional institutions require accurate, clear accounting and audit capabilities," said Fireblocks CEO Michael Shaulov.

By merging Fireblocks with TRES, customers will benefit from a unified system that allows them to oversee their digital asset operations and produce compliant financial records effortlessly.

TRES’ technology will soon be integrated into Fireblocks’ platform, providing clients with access to tax-compliant records ready for auditing, covering all on-chain transactions.

Tal Zackon, CEO and co-founder of TRES, mentioned that the platform will remain a standalone entity for now, with no immediate adjustments for existing customers or partners. In a blog post, Zackon expressed confidence that Fireblocks' extensive resources would expedite TRES's growth, enhance customer service, and fortify enterprise security.

Fireblocks offers custody, transfer, and settlement services to a wide array of cryptocurrency businesses and financial institutions. The firm serves around 2,400 enterprises and has facilitated over $10 trillion in transactions. It has also ventured into stablecoin infrastructure, enabling companies to issue and manage their own tokens.

Fireblocks Expands Crypto Capabilities with New Acquisitions

In November, Fireblocks revealed its integration with XION, a next-generation Layer-1 blockchain designed for mainstream adoption.
