The introduction of Grayscale's ETF follows the recent launch of a similar staking Solana ETF by Bitwise, which unveiled its product the previous Tuesday, starting with $222.9 million in assets under management. In comparison, Grayscale's initial seed capital stands at $102.7 million, which is less than half of what Bitwise achieved.

According to information from Farside Investors, the U.S. Solana ETF market currently features only two products: one from Bitwise and another from Grayscale. Ryan Lee, the chief analyst at Bitget exchange, mentioned that after the ETF launch, "Solana could attract between $3–$6 billion in its first year." He referred to the approval as a "transformative" milestone for the ecosystem.
