This critical level is identified as the 0.382 Fibonacci retracement zone, which frequently acts as both support and resistance in market cycles.

He stated, “I think this is a crucial area for the bulls to defend,” highlighting the risks of a move below this level, which could lead Bitcoin to drop to its April low around $76,000.

On Sunday, Bitcoin experienced another round of short leverage liquidation, where leveraged positions were wiped out across both long and short sides. During this event, Bitcoin dipped below $88,000 but quickly recovered to above $91,500. “This is another example of manipulation on the low-liquidity weekend to wipe out both leveraged longs and shorts,” remarked another analyst known as Bull Theory.
