Among the essential indicators highlighting Bitcoin’s recovery potential is the MVRV Z-Score. This score reflects Bitcoin's trading status relative to its on-chain cost basis. Typically, when this score falls below 0.4, it suggests that Bitcoin may be undervalued. Currently, the score stands at about 0.38, hinting that Bitcoin could be undervalued, although supporting metrics have yet to confirm this trend.

Emergence of Potential Upside

The realized price of Bitcoin, representing the average price at which Bitcoin last moved on-chain, is currently near $54,000. Additionally, the 200-week moving average (MA), which has historically indicated important support levels, sits around $58,000.

Furthermore, the trend of reduced peak-to-trough drawdowns indicates that a potential bottom could exist between $45,000 and $55,000. These indicators collectively describe what Munster calls “a high-probability accumulation zone”, estimated between $45,000 and $60,000.

Although determining an exact market bottom is inherently challenging, and bear markets can extend longer than expected, Munster posits that Bitcoin currently presents a more attractive risk-reward profile, showcasing enhanced upside potential.
