Experts suggest this decline is more about portfolio rebalancing than a loss of faith in Bitcoin. The adjustments in investments extended beyond Bitcoin itself. World Liberty Financial, associated with the Trump family’s DeFi initiative, sold $2.5 million worth of wrapped Bitcoin to purchase 770 ETH. In a twist, spot ETH ETFs saw inflows of $114.7 million on Tuesday, while XRP and Solana ETFs experienced gains of $19 million and $9 million, respectively.

Jeff Mei, COO at BTSE, commented to The Block that traders are looking to maximize their profits beyond Bitcoin’s current limits: “It makes sense that traders are rotating toward SOL and XRP.”
