On Wednesday, Bitcoin experienced an 8.3% surge, surpassing the $72,000 milestone for the first time in a month. Since early February, it has fluctuated between $63,000 and $73,000, but has struggled to maintain a price above $70,000 during this time frame.

The intensifying US-Israel conflict with Iran has introduced considerable volatility among risk assets, including cryptocurrencies. This led to a sharp decline on Saturday, with BTC dropping to $63,000.

However, the leading cryptocurrency quickly found its footing within its local price range, recovering partially above the $68,000 level early in the week. As of Wednesday morning, Bitcoin had climbed 15.87% from its recent low, reaching a one-month high of $73,479 despite the turbulent geopolitical landscape.

In a recent episode of the Bits + Bips podcast, Chris Perkins, Managing Partner and President of CoinFund, pointed out that Bitcoin's indications of strength, along with signs of fresh liquidity entering the market, present a “good setup” for potential stabilization at the current levels.

Significantly, US spot Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) have seen impressive activity over the last two days, pulling in $683.34 million in inflows since Monday, indicating a growing interest in these investment vehicles.

Additionally, market analyst Ted Pillows expressed the view that Bitcoin's current rally might be fleeting. He drew parallels between BTC's current trajectory and its behavior at the onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in early 2022.

Pillows noted that Bitcoin, which was already correcting from its 2021 peak, experienced initial volatility during that conflict but surged nearly 40% in the subsequent month before plummeting again by 67%.
