Circle Reports Impressive Earnings Driven by USDC Growth

In its fourth quarter, Circle’s earnings were reported at $0.43 per share, well above analyst expectations of $0.16 per share. The company’s total revenue, including income from reserves, reached $770 million. This figure marks a 77% increase compared to the previous year and exceeds the consensus forecast of $747.4 million.

A key driver of this performance has been the growth of USDC, Circle’s stablecoin, which saw its circulation balloon to $75.3 billion by the end of 2025—an impressive 72% increase from the year before. The on-chain transaction volume associated with USDC skyrocketed to $11.9 trillion in the last quarter, a 247% increase compared to the same period the previous year. Net income from ongoing operations for Q4 was reported at $133 million, an improvement of $129 million from last year. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached $167 million, reflecting a remarkable 412% year-over-year increase.

Looking at the overall fiscal year, Circle generated total revenues of $2.7 billion and reserve income for 2025, which is up 64% from 2024.
