“If Bitcoin drops to our average cost basis of $74K, we still have 5.9x assets relative to convertible debt, which we term as the BTC Rating of our debt. At a $25K BTC price, that ratio would still be 2.0x,” stated Strategy in a post on Tuesday.

Given Strategy's strong financial position, it is seen as "unlikely to sell," which may protect Bitcoin from falling back to its realized price of around $56,000 in the next bear market.
