In just under four weeks since its debut, XRP ETFs have rapidly accumulated substantial assets, reaching approximately $1.23 billion in total. This surge in AUM is attributed to strong investor demand and increased accessibility to regulated crypto investment products, particularly with the entry of major asset managers like Vanguard.

Rapid Growth of XRP ETFs

Recent disclosures indicate that the four XRP ETF products now manage approximately $1.23 billion in total net assets, equivalent to around 597 million XRP, with the reported XRP price at $2.06. On December 8, reports highlighted an incoming $30 million to these products, bringing the cumulative net inflow close to $935 million. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse pointed out that this impressive milestone was reached in less than four weeks after the first fund launched.

Heavy Inflows to Canary Capital's Fund

Among the four funds, Canary Capital’s XRPC garnered significant attention upon its launch, bringing in roughly $245 million in net inflows on its first day, which was November 13. Currently, Canary’s fund holds approximately 335.889 million XRP valued around $691 million, making up 56% of the total assets in all four funds.

"In under 4 weeks, XRP is now the fastest crypto Spot ETF to achieve $1 billion in AUM since ETH," stated Garlinghouse. "With over 40 crypto ETFs launched this year in the US, it's clear that there is substantial demand for regulated crypto products."

The other funds include Grayscale holding 104.381 million XRP valued at about $215 million (17.47% of the total), Bitwise with 93.827 million XRP worth approximately $193.284 million (15.7%), and Franklin Templeton with 62.99 million XRP estimated at $131.829 million (10.71%).

A Growing Trend in Crypto ETFs

This development follows the broader rollout of both spot and futures cryptocurrency ETFs since the introduction of US spot Bitcoin ETFs in January 2024. Ethereum spot products came out in July 2024, and Solana listings were introduced in October 2025. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved over 40 crypto-related ETF products this year, opening new avenues for mainstream investors.

Vanguard’s recent decision to allow access to cryptocurrencies within standard retirement and brokerage accounts has also been highlighted as a pivotal change, enabling many Americans to invest without requiring extensive knowledge of crypto assets.
