According to Cody Carbone, CEO of The Digital Chamber, this collaboration will also focus on educating forthcoming leaders about the benefits of cryptocurrency.

In addition to education and legislative collaboration, the State Network will launch a Microgrants Program pilot in 2026. The goal is to develop policy tools and create controlled environments—known as sandboxes—to support the creation of digital asset laws and promote grassroots education around these policies.

Prior to its official announcement, The Digital Chamber indicated that the State Network had already taken action in four states—New York, Arizona, Ohio, and New Hampshire—to educate lawmakers about blockchain technology. Additionally, a statewide advocacy campaign called the 2026 Digital Asset Tour is planned for next year, aiming to interact with lawmakers and policymakers across various state legislatures.
