Pendle Finance has officially integrated with the Plasma Foundation’s digital bank, providing global users with direct access to its innovative DeFi yield products. At its launch, five yield markets will be activated on Plasma, featuring start dates and projected APYs.

Moreover, Pendle announced a substantial incentive mechanism, offering $900,000 worth of XPL tokens each week across Plasma’s markets. These rewards aim to enhance yields for Yield Token (YT) holders, who focus on variable returns, and liquidity providers (LPs), who earn fees by supplying capital to these markets. Additionally, Principal Token (PT) investors will have the opportunity to secure higher fixed return rates.

This integration comes shortly after Plasma’s mainnet beta launch earlier this month, which introduced over $2 billion in stablecoin liquidity alongside more than 100 integrations. Plasma positions itself as a stablecoin-native Layer 1 solution that guarantees sub-second transaction finality and provides Bitcoin-secured DeFi options. On its first day, Ethena integrated its USDe and sUSDe stablecoins across major DeFi platforms such as Aave, Curve, Balancer, and Fluid, making them essential dollar assets within the ecosystem.
