BitMine Immersion Technologies, a public digital asset treasury firm associated with investor Tom Lee, has disclosed a total of $10.7 billion in crypto, cash, and potential high-reward investments. This figure is highlighted by one of the largest Ethereum treasury positions in existence.

In an announcement made on February 2, the firm revealed it currently possesses 4,285,125 ETH, approximately valued at $2,317 per token. In addition, BitMine has 193 BTC, $586 million in cash, and strategic equity investments, including a noteworthy $200 million in Beast Industries.

BitMine’s ETH holdings account for about 3.55% of Ethereum's total supply, positioning it significantly closer to its ambition of acquiring 5% of ETH, which it refers to as the “Alchemy of 5%”, achieved within just six months.

Staked ETH Position Approaches $6.7 Billion with MAVAN Launch on the Horizon

BitMine is also actively increasing its staking activities. As of February 1, the firm reported a total staked ETH of 2,897,459, valued at about $6.7 billion, reflecting an increase of nearly 888,000 ETH in just one week.

Tom Lee, Executive Chairman of BitMine, emphasized that the firm has staked more ETH than any other entity worldwide. At full capacity, they estimate that staking rewards could reach $374 million per year, equating to over $1 million daily, based on a composite Ethereum staking rate of 2.81% CESR.

The company is gearing up to launch its staking infrastructure initiative, known as the Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN), in early 2026, with multiple staking providers onboard as partners ahead of the rollout.

Tom Lee: Price Weakness in ETH Not Indicative of Fundamentals

Lee noted that Ethereum's recent price drop from approximately $3,000 to $2,300 has occurred despite robust network fundamentals. He highlighted Ethereum's daily transactions reaching an all-time high of 2.5 million, with active addresses nearing 1 million per day in 2026.

"Non-fundamental factors are likely driving the weakness in ETH prices," Lee stated, referencing the subdued leverage environment and the rising prices of precious metals which are diverting risk appetite from cryptocurrencies.

Recently, BitMine acquired 41,788 ETH, seeing the price pullback as a favorable entry opportunity.
